Yes, we offer a “Pay in 4” installment plan to help manage cash flow. However, please note that we can usually move faster if the balance is cleared, so we also offer the ability to pay off your balance earlier to speed up the delivery of your package.
If your package includes a subscription service, it will automatically renew at the end of each period to ensure you don’t lose access. If you wish to stop the subscription, you can cancel via your account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
If a recurring payment does not go through, we will notify you and attempt to re-process it. Please be aware that we may suspend your access to the services until the outstanding payment is resolved.

Technically, as a consumer or sole trader, you have a statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period where you can cancel the contract without giving a reason.
However, you do not have to wait. If you want us to get started immediately, you can make an express request for us to begin work during this cancellation period.
If you ask us to start work during the 14-day period and then decide to cancel, you will be required to pay for the value of the work we have already completed up to that point. This includes our time and any non-refundable fees paid to third parties (like government filing fees).
Please note: If the service is fully performed within those 14 days at your request, you will lose the right to cancel entirely.
Outside of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, all fees paid are non-refundable. If you cancel during the cooling-off period after work has started, any refund due will be reduced by the cost of the work already completed.
Absolutely, we can begin as soon as we receive your order. There is a checkbox during your checkout process where you can waive your 14-day cooling off period and allow us to work with you immediately.
